XFLOQ Terms of Use

Safe and lawful use

XFLOQ is a supplemental driving and road-awareness tool. You are responsible for operating your vehicle safely, obeying traffic laws and posted controls, and avoiding interaction with the app when it is unsafe.

Information limitations

Routes, speed information, camera locations, operator details, traffic conditions and other public-source data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. XFLOQ does not guarantee detection of any camera, road condition or legal restriction.

Camera awareness

XFLOQ displays public/open location information about roadside camera infrastructure. The app does not provide access to license-plate scans or private surveillance footage.

Emergency use

XFLOQ is not an emergency service and does not replace 911 or other emergency responders. Trusted-contact and Safety Recording features are convenience tools only.

Third-party services

Some features depend on external map, search, routing, road-data or connectivity providers and may be subject to those providers' terms and availability.
